How much are sessions?
Individual psychotherapy sessions are £110 for 50 minutes, whether in person or online.

Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are available in person in Chiswick (West London) and Russell Square (Central London), as well as online.

How often will we meet?
Sessions usually take place weekly at an agreed time. We can discuss what feels appropriate for you during our initial conversation.

How long will therapy take?
There is no fixed length of therapy. Some people come for a shorter period, while others find longer-term work more helpful. We can review the work together as therapy progresses.

Who do you work with?
I work primarily with adults.

Do I need to be artistic to have Art Psychotherapy?
No. You do not need any artistic experience or skills. Sessions may involve talking, creative or sensory ways of working, or a combination of both. There is no expectation to make art.

Is therapy confidential?
Yes. What you share in therapy is treated as confidential. There are limited exceptions, for example where there are serious concerns about your safety or someone else's safety, safeguarding concerns, or where disclosure is required by law. Where appropriate and possible, I would discuss this with you first.

 

Do you offer online therapy?
Yes. Online psychotherapy is available and follows the same 50-minute format as in-person sessions.

 

How do I get started?
I offer a free 15-minute introductory telephone call. This gives us an opportunity to briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any initial questions and see whether working together might feel right.
