INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY
I work primarily with adults, and also offer sessions for adolescents and children, in person or online.
I work with people who experience:
-
Anxiety and emotional overwhelm
-
Low mood or depression
-
Persistent or intrusive thinking patterns
-
Self-harming behaviours
-
Feelings of being stuck, alone, or disconnected
My approach is integrative, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed.
How we work together will depend on you.
Each person brings something unique, and the process adapts to what feels most helpful, meaningful, and manageable to you.
Some people prefer to explore their experiences through talking. At other times, I may gently invite the use of creative or sensory approaches — such as imagery, materials, or movement — particularly when words feel difficult.
Sessions often evolve naturally and may combine different ways of exploring your experience.
Individual sessions take place in my consulting room:
-
In person at Chiswick Therapy (West London) or at Harvest Therapy (Central London)
-
Online
I also work in schools, healthcare settings, and other organisations by arrangement.
If you would like to ask a question or explore whether working together might feel right for you, you are welcome to get in touch.
