Hello, I’m Noémie
I’m an Art Therapist working with teens and adults in person at my practice in West london (Chiswick) and online.
I support people experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and moments when words feel difficult or not enough — particularly when anxiety feels persistent, overwhelming, or difficult to manage.

Is this for you?
You may be feeling anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or caught in patterns of worry that feel hard to shift.
Perhaps finding the right words isn’t always easy, or talking alone feels tiring or not enough.
You might be looking for a calm, supportive space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything, or know exactly what to say.

I work with people who are experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low mood, grief or loss, and the ongoing effects of past experiences.

This approach can be especially supportive when words feel difficult to access, overwhelming, or simply insufficient.
How I work
I offer Art Therapy grounded in The Living Matter, a creative and process-focused approach that supports expression and emotional understanding when words feel difficult.

We may use art-making, conversation, or both, depending on what feels right.
My work is trauma-informed, collaborative, and paced to support safety, choice, and gentle exploration.
No previous experience or skill in art is required.
What sessions are like
Sessions offer a calm and contained space, where you are gently guided through simple creative processes using art materials.

There is no pressure to talk continuously, and no expectation to make anything meaningful or beautiful. Sometimes words emerge naturally; sometimes they don’t.

The focus is not on analysing or fixing, but on creating the conditions for regulation, movement, and change to unfold over time.
